Welcome to TreeWear. By visiting or ordering from treewear.online, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to confirmation via phone call/message.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or failed confirmation.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in BDT (Tk) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Full payment is due at the time of delivery.

4. Product Information

  • We try our best to display accurate colors, sizes, and details, but slight variation may occur due to screen display or manual measurement (±0.5–1 inch).

5. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us directly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel repeated fake/unconfirmed orders from a customer.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (images, logo, designs, text) belongs to TreeWear and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • TreeWear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
