Delivery Areas
We currently deliver all over Bangladesh via trusted courier partners (Pathao/Steadfast/RedX).
Delivery Charges

Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
- During sale periods or national holidays, delivery may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.
Order Confirmation
- After you place an order, our team will call/message you to confirm your order before it's shipped. Orders that can't be confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled.
- Please keep your phone reachable — most delivery delays happen due to unconfirmed numbers.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment needed.
- Please check your product at the time of delivery when possible.

Once shipped, we'll send you a tracking link/courier consignment number via SMS or WhatsApp.
