Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We currently only offer COD — pay when your order reaches your doorstep, all over Bangladesh.

Do you accept Bkash/Nagad/card payment?
Not yet — we're currently COD only. We'll update once online payment is added.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 days inside Dhaka, 2–4 days outside Dhaka.

How much is the delivery charge?
Tk 70 inside Dhaka, Tk 130 outside Dhaka.

Can I exchange my order if the size doesn't fit?
Yes, within 24 hours of delivery — product must be unused with tags on. Message us on WhatsApp/Facebook with your Order ID.

Do you offer refunds?
Since we're COD, refunds don't apply to change-of-mind orders. If the product is damaged/defective/wrong, we offer a free replacement or store credit.

How do I know my size?
Check the Size Chart on each product page before ordering. Still unsure? Message us your height/weight/chest size and we'll help you pick.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, we send you a courier tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, anytime before it's shipped — just message or call us.

Are your jerseys original/authentic?
